A partner in your cognitive vitality,
with a plan built around your life.
Aging Allies builds personalized care plans that investigate and manage the chronic conditions influencing your mental performance — working to optimize your cognitive health so you can make better decisions, reduce cognitive fatigue, and maximize your cognitive performance as you age.
Care that’s built around you — and the people who love you.
Protecting cognitive vitality isn’t a single appointment or a generic checklist. It’s an ongoing partnership — understanding your medical history, building a plan that fits your life, and adjusting it as you go. A real person stays with you at every step.

We start by understanding you
Your history, your health, the chronic conditions that shape your cognitive vitality, and what matters most to you. We build the full picture before we build any plan.
A plan built around your life
Personalized, evidence-based interventions you can actually live with — practical steps for memory, focus, decision fatigue management, and long-term brain health shaped around your goals.
Support that adapts as you go
Your plan evolves with you. We stay close, track what’s working, and adjust — so progress is measured in how you live and think, not numbers on a chart.
Evidence-based care, explained in plain language.
Everything we recommend is grounded in current cognitive-health research — but you’ll never need a medical degree to understand your own care.
We say
Your care explained in plain, everyday terms.
The reasoning behind a plan, not just the instruction.
Your goals lead; we bring the evidence and options.
We avoid
Jargon that leaves you out of your own care.
Rote instruction in place of a real conversation.
Your care is yours to understand.
The person you’ll work with — where research meets real care.
Aging Allies was founded by Heather Grabinsky — a registered nurse with a master’s degree, an educator, and a cognitive health clinical nurse specialist. She built this practice to close the gap between what cognitive research proves and what people actually experience in their care.
Heather’s work is grounded in deep experience in chronic disease management — and a clinician’s understanding of how conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and hypertension shape long-term cognitive health and performance across a lifetime. She has spent years at the bedside and in the classroom turning that evidence into care people can understand and trust.
It’s the discipline behind everything Aging Allies does: research turned into real human outcomes, and a plan built around you — authoritative but never clinical-cold.
